Handling Time

Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.

Note: Oversized or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges. Customers will be contacted with a quote before the order is shipped.

Standard Shipping

  • For orders valued between $0 and $48.99, the shipping fee is $6.
  • For orders valued $49 and above, Standard Shipping is free of charge.

Express Shipping

  • Regardless of order value, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping: 2 - 8 business days depending on your parcel destination. 
  • Express shipping: 1 - 4 business days depending on your parcel destination

We partner with trusted couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and CouriersPlease.

In-store Pickup

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.

Operating Instructions

  1. Set the lock to the default combination 00000 to withdraw the cable.
  2. Turn the knob 90 degrees clockwise to the designated position.
  3. Set your desired combination ensuring it is aligned with the pointer.
  4. Turn the knob back counterclockwise to the original position.
  5. Your custom combination is now set. Repeat as needed for changes.

Note

Please record your combination number after setting it to avoid being locked out. Allow for slight chromatic aberration due to screen settings and minor deviations in measurements.

  • Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days.
  • Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.
