Can I Return my product?
Yes, you can return or exchange your product under the following conditions:
- Return Period: Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
- Condition of the Product: Products must be in their original, resalable condition, which means they should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like custom-made products, opened or used items, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.
Standard Shipping
- For orders valued between $0 and $49, the shipping fee is $6.
- For orders valued over $49, Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Express Shipping
- There is a flat rate courier fee of $15 regardless of the order value.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 8 business days .
- Express delivery usually takes 1 - 4 business days.
- Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.

Yes. Pickup is available at 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW 2142, Australia. Please wait for your pickup email and bring your ID and order confirmation email.
