Handling Time

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.

Note: Oversized or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges. Customers will be contacted with a quote before the order is shipped.

Standard Shipping

  • For orders valued between $0 and $48.99, the shipping fee is $6.
  • For orders valued $49 and above, Standard Shipping is free of charge.

Express Shipping

  • Regardless of order value, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping: 2 - 8 business days depending on your parcel destination. 
  • Express shipping: 1 - 4 business days depending on your parcel destination

We partner with trusted couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and CouriersPlease.

In-store Pickup

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.

  • This product cannot be folded or bent at large angles without risking damage to the LED beads.
  • The flowing water effect is more pronounced in strips of 45cm/60cm compared to shorter versions.
  • Installation requires wiring: black wire for negative, red wire for white light (connected to headlight or ACC+), and yellow wire for yellow light (turn signal in flowing water model).

  • Professional installation recommended. This is not a plug-and-play product; some modifications like headlight cover removal may be necessary.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
