Handling Time

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.

Note: Oversized or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges. Customers will be contacted with a quote before the order is shipped.

Standard Shipping

  • For orders valued between $0 and $48.99, the shipping fee is $6.
  • For orders valued $49 and above, Standard Shipping is free of charge.

Express Shipping

  • Regardless of order value, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping: 2 - 8 business days depending on your parcel destination. 
  • Express shipping: 1 - 4 business days depending on your parcel destination

We partner with trusted couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and CouriersPlease.

In-store Pickup

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.

Instructions for Use
  1. Placement: Attach the Gas Level Indicator near the bottom of your tank, avoiding direct sunlight.
  2. Activation: Turn on the gas and begin grilling. Wait 2-5 minutes for the indicator to register.
  3. Reading the Level:
    • Full Tank: No level shown when the tank is full.
    • Gas Level Detection: Color change in one or more bars indicates gas level.
    • Determine Level: The leftmost bar that changes color shows the current level.

  • Expect a slight deviation in measurements (up to 1-3 cm) due to manual measurement processes.

Shipping times

  • Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days.
  • Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.
