Handling Time

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.

Note: Oversized or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges. Customers will be contacted with a quote before the order is shipped.

Standard Shipping

  • For orders valued between $0 and $48.99, the shipping fee is $6.
  • For orders valued $49 and above, Standard Shipping is free of charge.

Express Shipping

  • Regardless of order value, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping: 2 - 8 business days depending on your parcel destination. 
  • Express shipping: 1 - 4 business days depending on your parcel destination

In-store Pickup

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.

Note

  • Ensure the correct identification of oil inlet and outlet before use.
  • The pump is suitable for cars without anti-theft oil filters, but not recommended for cars with anti-theft oil filters.
  • Remember, the direction of the oil outlet is indicated by the arrow marked on the rubber ball.

  • Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days.
